Who We Are

Our Mission:

“Building People to Serve Jesus” – We believe that through godly, healthy relationships, ministry flows. Our mission is to provide opportunities for the lost to find Christ and for the believer to come to know Him better.

Our Vision:

1.
Evangelizing our community
2.
Equipping people to be more like Christ
3.
Encouraging one another through godly, real relationships
4.
Empowering people to live a life of service
5.
Exalting God in all that we do!

Our Core Beliefs:

·
The Scripture Inspired (II Tim. 3:15-17; I Thess. 2:13; II Peter 1:21) All scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired by God and are the revelation of God to man.
·
One True God ((Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 43:10 - 11, Matthew 28:19, Luke 3:22) The one true God has revealed himself as the eternally self-existent “I AM,” the Creator of heaven and earth, the Redeemer of mankind.  We believe God is Triune: Three in One – The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit.
·
The Deity of Christ The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God.  The Scriptures declare his Virgin birth  (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31,35); Sinless life (Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22); Miracles  (Acts 2:22; 10:38); Substitutionary work on the cross (1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21); Bodily resurrection from the dead (Matthew 28:6; Luke 24:39; 1 Corinthians 15:4); and Exaltation to the right hand of God (Acts 1:9, 11; 2:33; Philippians 2:9, 11; Hebrews 1:3).
·
The Fall of Man (Rom. 5:12) We believe that man was created in the image of God, but that by voluntary disobedience he fell from perfection.
·
The Salvation of Man (Eph. 2:8) We believe that before salvation we have no righteousness of our own and must come to God through the righteousness of Christ.
·
The Basis of Salvation (John 3:16; Rom. 5:8, Rom. 10:9-10) We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, signing the pardon of all who believe on Him and confess Jesus Christ as their Lord.
·
The Evidence of Salvation (Cor. 5:17 ; Gal. 2:20 ; John 3:5-7) We believe that the change which takes place in the heart and life at conversion is a literal one and is the result of being born of the Spirit of God.
·
Water Baptism(Matt. 28:19) We believe that baptism by immersion, in water, is an outward sign of the inward work of salvation.
·
The Lord's Supper (I Cor. 11:28) We believe in the remembrance of the Lord's Supper by the symbolical use of the bread and the juice of the vine.
·
Baptism in the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4) We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is to endue the believer with power, and that His empowering is after the same manner as in the Bible days.
·
The Gifts and the Fruit of the Spirit (I Cor. 12:1-11; Gal. 5:22-23; Rom 12:6-8, Eph. 4:11-13) We believe that the Holy Spirit has gifts to bestow upon the Christian and that we should show spiritual fruit as evidence of a Spirit-filled life.
·
Sanctification (Romans 12:1-2; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 13:12) We believe that through the power of the Holy Ghost, we can live a life set apart for God. The Scriptures teach a life of “holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14).
·
The Mission of the Church.  (Ephesians 1:22, 23; 2:22; Hebrews 12:23) We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ and each believer is an integral part.
·
The Ministry We believe that ministry is for a three-fold purpose. To worship God (John 4:23-24), to equip believers (Eph. 4:11-16) and to evangelize the world (Mark 16:15-20).
·
Divine Healing (I Peter 2:24; Matt. 8:17; Matt 18:18-19; James 5:14-16; I Cor. 2:9; Mark 16:15-18; Matt. 24:25; Mark 13:31; Luke 21:33) We believe that divine healing is the provision of Christ to heal the sick in response to the exercise of faith, the prayer of faith, the prayer of agreement, anointing with oil, the gifts of healing or the laying on of hands. We believe that this provision of Christ is for everyone today.
·
The Second Coming of Christ (I Thes. 4:16-17)We believe that the second coming of Christ is literal and inevitable.
·
The Millennial Reign of Christ (Zechariah 14:5; Matthew 24:27, 30; Revelation 1:7; 19:11-14; 20:1-6) We believe that the second coming of Christ includes the rapture of saints, which is our blessed hope, followed by the visible return of Christ with his saints to reign on the earth for one thousand years.
·
The Final Judgment (2 Cor. 5:10; Rev. 20:11-13) We believe that all shall stand one day before God in final judgment, and there receive eternal reward or eternal judgment.
·
The New Heavens and New Earth (2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21 and 22).We, according to his promise, look for a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
